Individual sessions are typically between 45-50 minutes long. Couple sessions are an hour long. Our first session I will meet with both people but following that I will meet individually with each of you before resuming with couples sessions.

Do you use Freudian, Cognitive Behavioral, Jungian analysis, or other techniques?
Yes. I pull from all disciplines in my approach to working with clients. I get to know you and tailor my approach to best fit your personal or organizational needs.
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance but can provide you with a receipt for out-of-network reimbursement, most insurance carriers will reimburse a good portion of me fee.

What do you mean by concierge style sessions and walking sessions?
Life can get busy and sometimes that means going to the airport together and holding a session on the way there or at a new location before a big meeting. I don't believe that life obligations and barriers should keep people from taking care of their mental health and under appropriate circumstances will make arrangements to go to my clients. Please note pricing for concierge style sessions ranges.
Walking Sessions: Some folks prefer to be walking side by side during sessions or some want to maximize their lunch break. Whatever your reason is, I support it. Walking session meeting points are 72nd street and CPW or 59th street and CPW (Columbus circle entrance). Walking sessions are priced the same as a telehealth session.
